Madison Jazz Project

Don't miss the Madison Jazz Project at the USO Dance that caps off our event each year. MJP plays the Big Band and Swing sounds of the 1940's and beyond. Led by John Malkamaki on the alto sax, over 15 musicians and vocalists serve up swinging renditions of jazz classics and the standards.

Liberty Aviation Museum - Port Clinton, OH

If you are in the Sandusky/ Port Clinton area of Ohio, be sure to stop by and visit our friends supplying bomber support at D-Day Conneaut. This is the home Georgie's Gall, a fully restored B-25J Mitchell Bomber and much, much more.

USS COD WWII Fleet Submarine - Cleveland, OH

The USS COD SS-224 submarine memorial is a National Historic Landmark and is docked in Cleveland, OH. The COD is open daily from May through September.

Ohio Veterans' Homes - Georgetown & Sandusky, Ohio

The Ohio Veterans Homes are State of Ohio facilities offering long-term independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and in-residence hospice services exclusively to Ohio’s wartime veterans. Costs are based on the veteran’s ability to pay with our maximum costs being 1/3 the cost of private facilities. In addition to food, medical care and laundry services, our costs also include physician fees and VA formulary medication costs. Serving Ohio’s veterans in two locations: Georgetown, Ohio and Sandusky, Ohio.
